If you’re ready to take the next step, you can book online counselling in the UK quickly and securely using the booking system on this page, with all sessions offered via secure video so you can choose a time that works for you and attend from a private, comfortable space.

To get started, select a date and time from the calendar below. From there, you’ll move through my secure booking system, powered by Calendly. Payment is handled safely via Stripe.

After you book, I’ll send you an email with everything you need to attend your session online.

As a result, the process stays simple, clear, and confidential.

From 1st April 2026, the fee for a 50-minute counselling session will increase from £45 to £50. This small adjustment helps cover increasing running costs associated with maintaining a safe and professional service, including insurance, professional memberships, supervision, and ongoing training. I remain committed to keeping counselling as accessible as possible, and I appreciate your understanding and continued trust.
