Contact & Booking

Book online counselling UK via secure video

Ready to take the first step?

If you’re considering counselling, you don’t need to book a full session straight away.

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call so that we can briefly talk about what brings you to counselling, you can ask any questions you have, and we can get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

There’s no obligation to book a counselling session afterwards.

What happens during the call?

The introductory call is informal and isn’t a counselling session or assessment.

We’ll have around 15 minutes to:

  • briefly discuss what brings you to counselling;
  • talk about what you’re hoping for from therapy;
  • answer any questions you have about how I work;
  • discuss availability and practical arrangements;
  • get a sense of whether working together feels right.

You don’t need to prepare anything beforehand or know exactly what you want to say.

If we both feel that working together could be helpful, I’ll explain how to book your first full counselling session.

Already had an introductory call?

If we’ve already spoken and you’ve decided you’d like to begin counselling, you can book your 50-minute counselling session below.

You don’t need to share detailed or sensitive information at this stage. Just tell me enough for me to understand what you’re looking for and how I can help.

I aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
