About Me

Hi, I’m James – a Registered & Accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor based in the UK.

I offer support for adults and young people (18+) facing everyday challenges, mental health concerns, or emotional difficulties.

Having experienced burnout first-hand and experiencing how transformative therapy can be, I decided to retrain and change careers in mid-life as a Person-Centered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Meditation Teacher to empower others. I offer a safe, supportive space for you to explore your challenges and find solutions, drawing from my own experience and professional training in therapy and meditation.

Counselling

There may be a specific challenge that you are currently facing or perhaps you are unsure of what it is you’re looking for but you have lost sight of yourself somehow.

Whatever it is that has brought you here, I will listen empathically and provide a confidential space for you to be heard without judgement and to explore what is important to you, at your pace. Sometimes we all need a safe space to explore challenges and find a path forward. I will support you towards empowering yourself to make sense of the challenges you face.
