Services & Fees

Counselling that meets you where you are
I offer online counselling services in the UK for adults who want a calm, supportive space to talk things through.
You don’t need a diagnosis, a label, or a crisis to come to therapy. Your experience matters because it matters to you.
Your experience matters because it matters to you.
People come to counselling for many reasons. You might be:
If talking to friends or family doesn’t feel possible — or helpful — counselling can offer a confidential space that is just for you.
Ready to take the next step?
How my online counselling services in the UK can help
I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and make sense of what’s happening in your inner world.
Rather than asking “What’s wrong with you?”, we explore “What’s happened to you?” and “What do you need now?”
Working together, we can:
◦ Understand your thoughts, feelings, and emotional patterns
◦ Explore difficult or painful experiences safely
◦ Develop healthier ways of coping with stress and overwhelm
◦ Build resilience, self-awareness, and self-trust
◦ Support meaningful, sustainable change
◦ Sessions move at your pace — there is no pressure to share more than feels right.
My approach
My online counselling services in the UK are grounded in person-centred therapy, meaning our sessions are shaped around you rather than a fixed programme.
Where helpful, I may also draw on ideas from:
◦ Cognitive approaches (exploring thoughts and beliefs)
◦ Relational and developmental work (how past experiences affect the present)
◦ Present-moment awareness and mindfulness
This flexible, integrative style allows therapy to respond to what you bring each week, rather than forcing your experience into a framework.
At the heart of my work are:
– Empathy
– Genuineness
– Respect
– A non-directive, collaborative relationship
What I can support you with
Clients come to me with a wide range of concerns, including:
• Anxiety and chronic stress
• Low mood or emotional numbness
• Burnout and work-related pressure
• Shame, self-criticism, or low self-esteem
• Addiction, compulsive behaviours, or recovery support
• Relationship difficulties
• Identity, meaning, or life transitions
You don’t need to fit into a category — we work with your lived experience.
Format
Online counselling (video)
These online counselling services in the UK are delivered via secure video, making therapy accessible wherever you’re based. All you need is a laptop, tablet, or phone and a private space. Many clients find online therapy more accessible and less stressful than travelling to appointments.
If home doesn’t feel private, some clients choose to join sessions from their car or another quiet space using headphones.
Phone sessions
Phone counselling is available where needed. While video is often more effective, phone sessions can be a useful alternative or occasional option.
Frequency & Availability
For most people, weekly sessions are most beneficial at the start. Some clients choose to meet fortnightly, and this is something we can discuss together.
I currently offer weekday evening appointments. I aim to be as flexible as possible and can often work around shift patterns.

Your First Session
If you choose to book, our first session is a chance to begin gently.
We’ll explore what’s brought you to counselling and what you hope for from the work. It’s also an opportunity for you to get a sense of how it feels to sit with me and whether I’m the right counsellor for you.
There is no obligation to continue beyond the first session.
